Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers, retain existing clients, and strengthen the companys brand presence. This role oversees marketing campaigns, market research, digital initiatives, and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and support overall business objectives for Generators

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, website, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
  • Plan and oversee promotional activities, product launches, and corporate events.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and corporate identity across all channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with Sales and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing and business strategies.
  • Manage marketing budget, vendor relationships, and external agencies.
  • Supervise and mentor the marketing team to ensure productivity and creativity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 57 years proven experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, B2B Marketing, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
  • WITH EXPERIENCE IN HEAVY EQUIPMENT INDUSTRY
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in branding, campaign management, and budget handling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
