Marketing Manager Quezon City (Direct Hire)

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: Php 40,00050,000 (based on qualifications)

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business growth and brand objectives.
  • Present marketing strategies, campaign ideas, performance reports, and new concepts directly to the CEO, executive team, and key clients.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, content, events, traditional advertising).
  • Handle planning, scheduling, and execution of social media postings and content across all platforms to ensure consistent engagement and brand alignment.
  • Lead brand management efforts, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all materials and platforms.
  • Conduct market research and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights, recommendations, and data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and track the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and strong ROI for all campaigns.
  • Coordinate with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, influencers, and vendors to support marketing activities.
  • Plan and oversee promotional events, product launches, and brand activations.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing tools, AI integrations, technologies, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and executions are compliant with regulatory guidelines, especially for cosmetics and skincare-related products.

Qualifications

  • Required experience: At least 3 years of experience in marketing or brand management
  • Required education: Any Bachelors degree with experience in sales
  • Class A Marketing Manager (high-performing and results-driven)
  • Strong persuasive communication skills; exceptional speaker and presenter with the ability to confidently engage clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Must be articulate, influential, and capable of building strong professional relationships
  • Must maintain a professional, well-groomed, and highly presentable appearance
  • With awards or recognitions related to achieving or exceeding sales/marketing quotas
  • Preferably with experience in the cosmetics, skincare, or beauty industry
  • Preferably a Registered Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Pharmacist, or with a background in Cosmetic Science
  • Proven track record in campaign execution and measurable growth outcomes
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools such as Google Analytics) and strong budget management skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external agencies/vendors
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaigns, adapt to changing market conditions, and continuously optimize performance
  • Highly driven, professional, and capable of representing the company in high-stakes discussions, presentations, and negotiations
