Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager who will act as the primary link between clients and internal teams within the Events & Creative / Entertainment space. This role requires a balance of business development, client servicing, and project management to ensure seamless, high-impact, and memorable event executions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Management
- Develop and acquire new client accounts while nurturing existing relationships.
- Identify client requirements and translate them into tailored event and creative solutions.
Client Servicing & Relationship Building
- Serve as the main client contact, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service delivery.
- Build long-term partnerships through consistent engagement and post-project follow-through.
Project Coordination & Execution
- Collaborate with creative teams to craft proposals, pitches, and innovative event concepts.
- Coordinate with project and operations teams during event execution to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while updating clients regularly.
Post-Project Engagement
- Lead client debriefs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for repeat business or upselling.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and recommend improvements for future projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in account management, client servicing, events, or creative industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-first mindset.
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
