Job Description

Were looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong background in retail and digital marketing to lead campaigns that drive showroom sales, strengthen brand presence, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and execute monthly content calendars across social media and digital platforms.
  • Lead branding and promotional campaigns, including product launches and seasonal sales.
  • Oversee social media management and coordinate with influencers and creative partners.
  • Track and report marketing performance, analyzing ROI and key metrics for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with sales and operations.
  • Manage multiple campaigns, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Stay updated on market trends to recommend innovative marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related roles.
  • Proven experience in social media management, branding, and promotions.
  • Strong expertise in retail + digital marketing, including Meta ads, analytics, and driving conversion to showroom sales.
  • Skilled in content creation, storytelling, and influencer coordination.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in reporting ROI/KPIs.
  • Collaborative, creative, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
