Job Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, showroom traffic, and sales for Homemaker Furniture Corporation in both Visayas & Luzon areas. This role covers both digital and retail marketing activities within the furniture and home lifestyle market.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Brand Marketing

  • Develops and implements marketing strategies aligned with sales and business goals
  • Strengthen brand presence in Visayas & Luzon furniture and home retail market
  • Plans seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches

Digital Marketing

  • Manages social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Oversees digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer marketing)
  • Ensures consistent branding across all digital channels

Retail & Local Marketing

  • Plans and execute in-store promotions, showroom displays, and mall events
  • Coordinate with Visayas/Luzon-based malls, partners, and suppliers
  • Work closely with the sales team to support store-level promotions

Analytics & Budget Management

  • Monitor campaign performance, sales results, and ROI
  • Prepare regular marketing reports for management
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently

Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and supervise the marketing team
  • Coordinates with sales, operations, and management
  • Ensures timely execution of all marketing initiatives

Hiring Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors degree in any Business-related course or Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or equivalent

Experience

  • At least 3 years of general marketing role experience
  • With 3 - 5 years experience in a marketing managerial role in a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, promotions, and brand management
  • Experience in handling mall events, activations, and campaigns

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics
  • Creative, organized, and results-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Familiarization in DTI facets is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the local retail market is an advantage
  • Background in furniture, home dcor, or lifestyle brands
  • Experience coordinating with malls, influencers, and local media
