The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, learner engagement. This role requires creativity, organizational skills, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing - Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly email campaigns targeting prospective and current learners. Create engaging email content for promotional offers, course updates, newsletters, and learner success stories. Analyze EDM performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Social Media Activities - Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Plan and schedule daily posts that align with marketing goals and trends. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build online communities around your brand.
  • Blogs & Content Creation - Write and publish high-quality blogs focusing on education trends, career pathways, learner success stories, and industry insights. Optimize all content for SEO to drive organic traffic. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content tailored to different audience segments
  • Posting & Promotions - Develop and manage a content calendar for consistent posting across digital channels. Promote student experiences through videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns to amplify reach and enrolments
  • Promoting the Student Experience - Collaborate with the learner support team to highlight support services and student success stories. Organize and promote events, webinars, and orientation sessions that enhance the learner journey
  • Collecting Reviews from Learners - Develop strategies to gather and showcase learner reviews and testimonials. Use feedback to improve marketing efforts and address learner needs. Promote reviews across digital platforms to enhance credibility and trust.
  • Build Out an Online Community - Foster a sense of belonging among current and prospective learners through online groups, forums, and events. Initiate and manage initiatives such as alumni networks or exclusive membership programs. Collaborate with learners to co-create content and encourage brand advocacy
  • Desktop Publishing - Design visually appealing materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Produce high-quality brochures, flyers, banners, and other marketing collateral. Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and messaging
  • Brochures & Other Marketing Collateral - Regularly update course brochures, fee schedules, and other documents to reflect current offerings. Work with internal teams to create tailored materials for specific campaigns or audiences. Manage print and digital distribution channels for all collateral

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in education or training
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and SEO strategies.
  • Strong design skills with experience in desktop publishing tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Canva).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
