Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.

Plan and execute campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, SEO/SEM, paid ads) and offline channels.

Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to identify opportunities.

Lead and coordinate marketing team, agencies, and partners for campaigns and events.

Plan and manage marketing budgets; track ROI and report results to management.

Organize product launches, trade shows, and promotional events.

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or e-bike/automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and campaign management.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Analytical mindset and ability to interpret marketing metrics and ROI.
