Job Title: Marketing Manager (Premium Kids Clothing Brand)

Location: Makati City, Philippines

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead brand-building initiatives for a premium kids clothing brand. This role is focused on brand positioning, in-store experience, and integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand presence across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate has a strong background in retail, fashion, or lifestyle marketing, with an eye for premium aesthetics and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Lead the development and execution of the brand's overall positioning and identity in the premium kidswear market
  • Ensure consistency in brand image, messaging, and visual direction across all channels
  • Translate brand values into compelling customer experiences

Retail & In-Store Experience

  • Oversee and enhance in-store marketing and visual merchandising to reflect a premium brand image
  • Plan and execute store activations, launches, and events to drive foot traffic and engagement
  • Collaborate with store teams to ensure excellent customer experience and brand storytelling at retail level

Campaigns & Launches

  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and collection drops
  • Lead the development of campaign concepts, themes, and creative direction
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams (designers, suppliers, agencies) for execution

Partnerships & Community Engagement

  • Build relationships with key partners, including malls, lifestyle venues, and complementary premium brands
  • Develop collaborations with parent communities and family-focused networks
  • Manage PR initiatives, events, and brand exposure opportunities

Creative Direction

  • Oversee all brand visuals including photoshoots, lookbooks, store materials, and packaging
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with the brand's premium positioning
  • Work closely with designers and creatives to maintain a cohesive visual identity

Performance & Budget Management

  • Track effectiveness of campaigns and in-store initiatives using relevant KPIs
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation for maximum brand impact
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong experience in brand management, retail marketing, and campaign execution
  • Proven ability to build and position a premium or aspirational brand
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in premium/luxury or children's apparel brands
  • Background in visual merchandising or retail environment management
  • Established network in malls, retail partners, or lifestyle spaces in Metro Manila
