We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Product Marketing professional who will lead go-to-market initiatives for new B2B/client product launches and enhancements. The role is responsible for developing compelling product messaging, positioning, and marketing materials while collaborating with stakeholders across a matrix organization. The ideal candidate has strong project management, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy development and execution of go-to-market plans for new B2B/client product launches and product enhancements
- Develop product messaging, positioning, and naming strategies
- Create product-specific and product family marketing materials
- Assess and interpret stakeholder needs and business requirements
- Identify and recommend marketing solutions for nonstandard requests and challenges
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables with minimal supervision
- Serve as a product marketing subject matter expert/resource for assigned product families
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders within a matrix organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing
- At least 5 years of project management experience within a matrix organization
- At least 5 years of professional writing and editing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines effectively
- Healthcare industry experience is an advantage
