Job Description:
Develop and execute forward-thinking marketing strategies
Drive brand storytelling that highlights innovation, sustainability, and the project's long-term vision.
Partner with agencies, creatives, and production teams to deliver world-class marketing materials.
Analyze campaign performance and activate insights to continuously elevate results.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in real estate, lifestyle, digital engagement, and smart-city innovations.
Lead integrated online and offline campaigns to drive awareness, and engagement.
Support Sales by developing impactful marketing collateralpresentations, digital assets, brochuresand driving on-ground brand activations.
Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective, ROI-driven strategies.
Lead and mentor marketing team members, fostering collaboration, creativity, and performance.
Requirements:
Proven marketing experience, preferably within real estate, property development, or similarly high-involvement industries like banking, hospitality and insurance.
Strong creative instinct with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative, future-oriented marketing initiatives.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced priorities.
Detail-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, content creation, and analytics.
Passion for delivering elevated, meaningful, and next-generation customer experiences.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong background in real estate, banking, or financial institutions is highly preferred.
Proven experience in branding, agency management, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Hands-on experience in supporting sales teams, including brand activations, on-ground programs, and development of sales collaterals and tools.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategy, and performance optimization.
Exceptional communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Creative and resourceful problem solver with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Passionate about learning and continuous improvement.
People management experience is an advantage.
