Job Description

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end execution of Cyberzone events, from planning and coordination to on-ground implementation and post-event evaluation.
  • Ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality event delivery, coordinating with tenants, mall partners, agencies, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Act as the on-ground marketing lead during events, ensuring brand guidelines, customer experience standards, and campaign objectives are met.
  • Monitor event performance metrics (foot traffic, engagement, sales uplift, content output) and consolidate post-event reports and insights.
  • Proactively identify risks and resolve operational issues in real time during events.
  • Support the development of event concepts, mechanics, and engagement ideas aligned with Cyberzone's tech, gaming, and pop-culture positioning.
  • Strong interest and passion for technology, gadgets, gaming, and digital trends (PC, mobile, gaming, smart home, wearables, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in event management, on-ground activations, and experiential marketing.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced retail and live event environments, including weekends and peak periods.
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of digital platforms, social media, content formats, and basic performance tracking.
  • Ability to translate tech features into consumer-friendly storytelling and experiences.
  • Keen eye for brand execution, details, and customer experience.
