We are seeking a Marketing Manager based in the Philippines or India to support our U.S. operations. This role is focused on driving brand growth and customer engagement across digital platforms for our company, which operates nationwide in wholesale and distribution. The position will oversee social media, advertising, and online content to strengthen our presence in the culinary and foodservice industry, aligning campaigns with sales and compliance objectives.

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X) and Google Ads.
• Create content calendars, schedule posts, and coordinate with design teams for creative assets.
• Monitor analytics and campaign performance, preparing regular reports with ROI and improvement recommendations.
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies, website updates, and email marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align campaigns with wholesale and distribution objectives.
• Ensure all digital marketing content complies with company brand guidelines and regulatory requirements (culinary/foodservice focus).

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and social analytics tools.
• Proven experience in managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
• Excellent English communication and content-writing skills.
• Highly organized, creative, and data-driven.
