Job Description

Responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the company's three (3) restaurant branches. It involves overseeing all marketing activities, including digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and promotional events, to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase revenue.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to promote each restaurant branch.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, adjusting marketing strategies accordingly.

Maintain and enhance the brand identity across all marketing channels.

Ensure consistency in messaging and visuals in all promotional materials.

Oversee the management of the companys website, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns.

Plan and execute promotional events, community outreach, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.

Develop seasonal marketing campaigns and special offers.

Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Track and report on marketing expenses and Return On Investment (ROI).

Collaborate with the management team and restaurant staff to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with operational goals.

Provide training and support to branch staff on marketing promotions and customer engagement techniques.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights the management.

Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
