Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Davao, responsible for driving revenue growth and brand visibility across all Arcadia business units. This role plans and executes marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones. The Sales Marketing Manager develops and implements sales strategies, manages the sales pipeline, and builds relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and community partners. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, overseeing digital and offline marketing activities, analyzing performance metrics, and preparing regular sales and marketing reports. The role also involves leading and mentoring a small team, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and actively representing Arcadia in local networks and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales strategy, lead generation, account management, and customer relationship building.
  • Experience in marketing planning, campaign execution, branding, and promotional activities.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and basic analytics.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable marketing and sales plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confident presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in hospitality, fitness, banquets, F&B, events, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects on-site.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster an inclusive, customer-focused culture.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Davao, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays for events and campaigns.
