Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for Tier 2 (Growth) and Tier 3 (Long-tail) merchants
  • Partner directly with the BD team to:
  • Identify promotional opportunities from new and existing merchant partnerships
  • Co-develop marketing calendars, offers, and assets aligned with business goals
  • Support merchant onboarding with launch and promotional campaigns
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and high ROI
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution from concept and creative brief to launch and performance review
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, generating insights and improvement plans
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver on-brand, high-impact campaigns
  • Contribute to reporting and performance review sessions across marketing and BD

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or partnership marketing ideally in fintech, retail, e-commerce, or loyalty programs
  • Proven track record of managing promotional campaigns or merchant-driven offers from planning to execution
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, especially working with BD, merchant, or partner teams
  • Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and performance reviews
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to track campaign performance and optimize future initiatives
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving priorities
