Job Description

The Marketing Manager plays a strategic and executional role in driving brand awareness, campaign performance, and local marketing initiatives for multiple restaurant brands managed by the client. Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with the Marketing and Digital Services teams, this role is pivotal in developing and executing integrated marketing effortsacross digital, print, and local platformsto support business growth and enhance guest experience. The ideal candidate combines creative thinking with operational excellence and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns and Brand Management

  • Lead planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and TV platforms
  • Ensure alignment of brand messaging by working closely with internal teams and external creative agencies
  • Maintain detailed marketing calendars and communicate rollout plans to field teams and stakeholders

Digital and Local Marketing Initiatives

  • Oversee the execution of email and SMS marketing strategies, including platform rollouts and performance tracking
  • Serve as the primary contact for store-level marketing requests including event support, collateral, and new store openings
  • Collaborate with the Digital Services team to update web content and ensure alignment of digital assets with ongoing campaign

Vendor and Asset Management

  • Manage relationships with graphic agencies, media partners, and print vendors for timely execution and distribution of marketing materials
  • Oversee the development and distribution of menus, POP materials, promotional tools, and digital artwork
  • Coordinate and manage photoshoots, ad placements, and campaign analysis for traditional media like TV and radio

Operational Collaboration and Budget Oversight

  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, IT, and Franchise teams to align on marketing rollout logistics
  • Support guest relations by assisting in managing feedback and contributing to service improvements
  • Monitor and track marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns stay within scope and deliver measurable value

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, or Business Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing project coordination or campaign management
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Teamwork, Asana, or monday.com
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven success in a corporate setting working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in creative or copy
  • Experience in email marketing, social media tools, and SMS platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Expertise in Teamwork or other advanced project management platforms
  • Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders on strategic marketing initiatives
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
