Marketing Manager Assistant

Description:

• Interact and assist inquiries of clients on site
• Conceptualize and implement basic social media ads and other content planning (poster, billboards, influencers)
• Coordinate with architect/engineer to improve design of projects based on customer feedback
• Assist in virtual zoom seminars for other sales representatives
• Organizing and record keeping of client data

Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years Bachelors Degree in any field
• A graduate degree is not a requirement but highly preferred
• Good communication skills and isa a people person to interact w/ clients
• fast learner, able to grasp basic concepts related to real estate developing and selling (design and sales)
• Knows basic computer skills (MS Office, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Whatsapp, Photoshop knowledge is a plus)
