Degree with Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing
With 3-5 years or more solid and proven work experience in Real Estate, Leasing, Warehouse & Cold Storage
Proficiency in MS Excel (Intermediate) - formula, links, worksheet, etc.
Strong background in Digital Marketing Strategy
Deep understanding of the competitive landscape, Market Research, Latest trends & Sales

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills
Has inherent capabilities to analyze, evaluate and recommend proper course of actions.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and asset value of real estate, warehouse, and cold storage properties
Identify, prospect, and negotiate with potential tenants, clients, and business partners, including industrial, logistics, and cold chain operators
Manage end-to-end leasing activities, including site inspections, proposal preparation, lease negotiations, and contract execution
Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure lease terms, pricing, and conditions are compliant with company policies and applicable laws
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, rental rates, and demand within the real estate, logistics, and cold storage sectors
Prepare marketing materials, presentations, pricing models, and promotional campaigns for properties and facilities
Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure retention, lease renewals, and client satisfaction
Ensure timely collection of lease payments and coordinate with finance on billing, receivables, and escalations
Oversee turnover, handover, and fit-out coordination with tenants and operations teams
Prepare regular leasing performance reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts for management
Ensure compliance with lease agreements, house rules, and regulatory requirements related to property use and operations
Perform other related marketing, leasing, and business development functions as may be assigned by management
