Marketing Lead

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Lead to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth through paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and AI-powered marketing tools. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to optimize campaigns, improve customer engagement, and deliver measurable business results.

Reports To: Head of Marketing / CMO / Founder

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: Php50,000 - 60,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Paid Advertising

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Oversee budget allocation, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing.
• Monitor campaign performance and drive continuous improvement based on data and ROI.

Email Marketing & Automation

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies focused on acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
• Build and optimize automated email workflows and customer journeys.
• Segment audiences, personalize messaging, and conduct A/B testing to improve performance.

Social Media Management

• Develop and manage content calendars across social platforms.
• Create and oversee organic and paid social campaigns.
• Monitor engagement, manage community interactions, and track performance metrics.
• Identify influencer, partnership, and user-generated content opportunities.

AI & Marketing Technology

• Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, campaign execution, audience research, and reporting.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and personalization.

Strategy & Leadership

• Develop marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Manage marketing budgets and report on KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior team members or external partners as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, with strong expertise in paid advertising and email marketing.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email automation platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and performance reporting.
• Experience using AI tools in marketing workflows.
• Strong social media strategy and content management experience.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in GA4, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the outsourcing/BPO industry.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and small teams.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
