About the role
We are seeking a Trade Marketing Lead (Supervisor & Sr. Manager) to join our team at Fly Ace Corporation in Metro Manila on a full-time basis. This is a strategic leadership position that plays a crucial role in driving trade marketing excellence across assigned product categories. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive trade marketing strategies that align with business objectives and maximize market impact. This role offers the opportunity to lead category-specific initiatives, manage key trade relationships to the overall success of our trade marketing division.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in trade marketing, category management, or related marketing roles
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing trade marketing strategies that delivered measurable business results
- Strong experience managing relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts
- Demonstrated expertise in trade promotion planning, promotional mechanics, and point-of-sale marketing
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring and developing team members
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset focused on driving sustainable business growth
- High level of organisation and project management capability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Preferred: Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, or distribution sectors
- Preferred: Familiarity with the Philippine market and retail landscape
