Overview:
As the Marketing Lead, you will own marketing campaigns in unleashing the Maya Ecosystem to our merchant basemaximizing our current and upcoming solutions to enable growth of our merchants.
What you will do:
- Own product adoption and usage of Maya Business banking solutions for B2B partners
- Drive and work with internal cross-functional teams to identify key market insights, trends, and opportunities for growth to develop strategic marketing plans
- Analyze customer needs, behaviors, and pain points to uncover valuable insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Define and position our fintech products and solutions for specific customer segments.
- Develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns to engage and drive value for each target segment.
- Measure and evaluate marketing effectiveness through data analytics and tools.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations; you will help optimize marketing strategies.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Brand, Growth, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on segment marketing, product marketing, or brand management
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data using advanced tools into actionable insights and decisions.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful integrated marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning, with a focus on creating personalized experiences for customers.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of B2B and fintech products is an advantage
