Settl X is building agentic AI infrastructure for compliance teams at fintechs and crypto-native companies. Our platform orchestrates sanctions screening, KYB, transaction monitoring, and regulatory workflows, helping compliance officers move faster without cutting corners. We're a small, early-stage team with backgrounds spanning Adobe, Klarna, Checkout.com, and Payoneer.
The Role
We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Growth & Outreach Associate based in the Philippines to own the top of our sales funnel. You'll work closely with our founding team to source, engage, and nurture leads, turning cold prospects into booked sales calls. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn the mechanics of B2B SaaS sales from day one.
What You'll Do
- Lead Sourcing: Research and build targeted prospect lists of compliance leaders at fintechs, crypto exchanges, and neobanks using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Clay.
- Outreach & Follow-Ups: Execute multi-channel outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn) and own timely, persistent follow-ups that keep prospects engaged.
- Content-Led Nurturing: Share relevant articles, case studies, and insights with prospects to build trust and move them through the funnel.
- Pipeline Progression: Qualify leads and drive them toward booking discovery calls with our founders and advisors.
- CRM Hygiene: Keep our pipeline data clean, tagged, and up to date so the team always has a clear picture of where things stand.
What We're Looking For
- Strong written English and comfort communicating with a global, senior audience (CCOs, Heads of Compliance)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, or CRM platforms (experience with Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, or similar is a plus)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and relentless about follow-through
- Genuine curiosity about fintech, crypto, or compliance
- You don't need to be an expert, but you should want to learn
- Available for at least 30 hours/week (flexible schedule)
