Summary

The Digital & Social Media Lead Conversion Specialist i(Automotive industry) s responsible for contacting and qualifying leads generated from the company's digital marketing efforts and social media platforms. The primary objective is to convert these inbound inquiries into sales opportunities by providing timely and informativeresponses, building rapport, and effectively presenting the JETOUR AUTO PHILS products or services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification: Promptly contact all leads generated from digital and social media channels (e.g., website forms, social media inquiries, online advertising campaigns).
  • Timely Response: Respond to customer inquiries within the established service level agreement (SLA) timeframe.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and identify potential solutions.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales Conversion: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert qualified leads into paying customers.
  • Objection Handling: Address customer concerns and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record all customer interactions and lead status updates in the JETOUR ONE System (JOS).
  • Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up activities to nurture leads and close sales.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, call volume, customer satisfaction).
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance performance.

Qualifications

  • College diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a call center, sales, or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  • Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and call center technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain composure under pressure.
