Job Description

The AVPN Marketing and Communications team is seeking a detail-oriented and digitally savvy internto support website management and help grow our digital presence. In this role, you will keep our website and events app content up to date, support webpage enhancements, and contribute to a seamless and engaging user experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is organised, meticulous, and comfortable working with digital tools. As an integral member of the Marketing and Communications team, you will gain hands-on experience and collaborate with professionals across marketing, social media and communications. You will also work closely with the Assistant Manager, Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Upload and update website content including blogs, reports, event listings, and announcements.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of webpages using existing templates.
  • Ensure content is accurate, well-formatted, and aligned with AVPN's style and guidelines.
  • Help maintain a clear, organised and user-friendly website structure.
  • Flag website issues, coordinating with the technical team for resolution.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance content quality and overall user experience.
  • Provide support for the AVPN Events app (e.g. basic setup, content updates, or troubleshooting).

Requirements

  • Experience managing and publishing website content using WordPress and proficiency in Elementor.
  • Good understanding of web design principles, layout, and visual aesthetics.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or PHP is a plus.
  • Good command of English, with strong grammar and attention to detail.
  • High level of accuracy in reviewing and formatting content.
  • Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with team members across time zones in Asia.
  • Availability to commence work in April/May 2026 and commit for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Have an interest in philanthropy and social impact.

Location: This role is open in India, Philippines and Indonesia
