Job Description

Green GSM is looking for a seniorlevel Marketing Director to lead and scale our marketing organization in the Philippines. This role is responsible for setting the countrylevel marketing strategy, strengthening brand presence, and driving sustainable growth through datadriven, integrated marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Own and drive the endtoend marketing strategy for Green GSM Philippines aligned with business and growth goals.
  • Translate company vision into clear, actionable marketing roadmaps across brand, digital, and performance.
  • Define marketing priorities, KPIs, and budget strategies to maximize ROI and impact.
  • Act as the senior marketing partner to local leadership and key stakeholders.

Brand Marketing

  • Lead the Brand Marketing Manager to build a strong, trusted, and differentiated Green GSM brand in the local market.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and communications across all channels.
  • Oversee ATL/BTL campaigns, PR initiatives, partnerships, offline activations, and corporate communications.
  • Ensure consistent brand execution across all touchpoints.

Online & Performance Marketing

  • Oversee the Online Marketing Manager to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
  • Ensure strong execution across paid media, owned channels, social, app/web, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Balance shortterm performance growth with longterm brand equity.
  • Review marketing funnel health and optimization plans.

Data, Insights & Effectiveness

  • Own marketing performance metrics including ROI/ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and brand health indicators.
  • Use data and insights to optimize budget allocation and refine strategies.
  • Partner with BI/Data teams to build dashboards and performance reporting.
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.

Crossfunctional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, Product, CX, Sales, and Financeto align marketing with business priorities.
  • Support market launches, new services, and growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment and bestpractice sharing.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing management team.
  • Build a highperformance culture with clear accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective resource planning and capability development.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with 35+ years in a senior leadership position (Marketing Head / Director level).
  • Strong background in marketing strategy, brand building, and digital/performance marketing.
  • Industry experience in ridehailing, logistics, mobility, tech platforms, ecommerce, or ondemand services is highly preferred.
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to analyze dashboards and make dataled decisions.
  • Proven experience managing multifunctional marketing teams (brand & digital/growth).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with handson execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus).
