Marketing Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality creative for web, print, social media, email marketing, digital ads, and other campaign assets
• Develop visual concepts that align with marketing strategies and campaign goals
• Work across multiple brands, adapting to different visual identities while maintaining consistency and quality
• Execute designs that strictly follow brand guidelines while elevating and evolving them where appropriate
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and other teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns
• Optimize creative for performance across platforms, formats, and audiences
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print use

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing or graphic design role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across multiple channels (web, social, email, print, digital ads)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or similar tools)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for responsive web and email
• Ability to execute at a high level within established brand guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality across high volumes of work
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and how design contributes to performance

Nice to Have

• Motion design or animation experience (After Effects, etc.)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email or web
• Experience with performance marketing creatives and iterative testing
• Agency or multi-brand experience
