Overview:

The Marketing Officer for *The Bistro Group's delivery* is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the restaurant's delivery services, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, customer behavior, and the food delivery landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

- Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans focused on promoting delivery services for *Bistrodelivers, Foodpanda, and GrabFood*.

- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.

2. Digital Marketing:

- Manage online marketing campaigns for *Bistrodelivers*, including social media, email marketing, and pay-per-click advertising.

- Optimize the *Bistrodelivers website and delivery platform* for user experience and conversion.

3. Customer Engagement:

- Develop promotions to retain existing customers and attract new ones for Bistrodelivers.

- Monitor customer feedback and address concerns to enhance service quality.

4. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient delivery processes and high-quality service.

- Collaborate with *Foodpanda and GrabFood* to optimize partnerships and enhance visibility.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using KPIs and metrics.

- Prepare reports on sales performance, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

6. Content Creation:

- Develop engaging content for marketing materials, social media posts, and promotional campaigns.

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Qualifications:

-Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience:

- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food or restaurant industry.

- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.

- Skills:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
