Marketing Data Analyst (Delivery& Loyalty)
Overview
We are seekinga Marketing Data Analyst to drive insightsfor our delivery and loyaltyprograms within a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, and data, supporting initiatives that improve customer retention, increase order frequency, and optimize delivery performance.
You will work closelywith the marketingteam to translate data into actionable insights, helping shape campaigns, promotions, and loyalty strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze delivery channel performance (e.g., order trends,basket size, frequency, customer behavior) to identify growth opportunities
- Evaluate loyalty program effectiveness, including customer retention, repeat purchase behavior, and campaign ROI
- Partner with marketing to assess campaignperformance and provideactionable recommendations
- Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reportsto track key metrics across delivery and loyalty
- Perform customer segmentation and cohort analysisto support targetedmarketing efforts
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency acrossreports and analyses
- Handle ad hoc data requests and deep-dive analysesto support businessdecisions
Required Skills &Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP,SUMIFS, Pivot Tables
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complexdatasets
- Ability to communicate insightsclearly to marketing and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience workingwith marketing or customer data (preferably in restaurant, retail,or e-commerce environments)
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Power Query for data transformation and automation
- Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data warehouse platforms
- Working knowledge of Pythonfor data analysisor automation
- Experience analyzing delivery platforms and loyalty programswithin the restaurant industry
