The Opportunity:

The Role:
- We are looking for an analytical Web Analyst who bridges the gap between technical implementation and strategic storytelling. The ideal candidate has both strong technical and analytical skills, and is a very clear communicator, potentially with experience from Management Consulting. Someone that can independently take ownership of the lifecycle of our web events, from technical architecture to delivering insights to senior stakeholders. The role will report to the Analytics Specialist.
Technical & Analytical skills:
- Google Tag Manager: experience of tagging and tracking implementation
- CRO & Behavioral Analysis: Experience of driving Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) using Google Analytics, SQL and session recording tools (e.g. Microsoft Clarity)
- A holistic understanding of the web data infrastructure, from the Data Layer and GTM to GA4 and BigQuery
- Strong SQL and Excel skills and a proven track record of conducting own deep-dive analysis to find root-causes
Personal skills:
- Strong communicator! A big part of this role will be to find and explain fluctuations in conversion performance to non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive mindset, someone that will monitor metrics and deep-dive into finding reasons behind fluctuations without having been prompted
- Fluency in English
Additional plus:
- Experience with PostHog, Funnel.io or A/B testing is a plus
