Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong data experience (internships, coursework, or projects) are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP,
advanced formulas).
- Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, LTV, DAU).
- Experience in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, CRM tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and data querying is a plus but not required.
- Experience in sportsbook, casino, or digital marketing industries is a plus but not required.
Job Description
- Gather and consolidate marketing performance data from Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic DSPs, and CRM tools.
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports using
Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to track CTR, CPC, ROAS, DAU, and retention rates.
- Analyze paid media, organic traffic, and CRM data to generate actionable insights that optimize marketing strategies.
- Ensure data integrity by cross-referencing sources and validating campaign performance metrics.
- Monitor and report on A/B test results for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Track ad spend vs. performance efficiency, assisting in budget allocation and ROI optimization.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports, identifying trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
- Work with Performance Marketing, CRM, and Social Media teams to enhance user acquisition and retention strategies.
