Job Description
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to support the Marketing team with data reporting, performance tracking, and insights generation. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and visualizing marketing data from multiple platforms to optimize campaigns, track key metrics, and drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is skilled in marketing analytics tools, understands digital marketing performance metrics, and can provide actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and consolidate marketing performance data from platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, and CRM tools
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, DAU, and retention
Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
Ensure data accuracy and validate performance metrics
Monitor A/B tests and report on results
Track marketing budget and performance efficiency
Collaborate with marketing teams to support user acquisition and retention strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field
Fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects are welcome
Proficient in Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets
Understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, LTV, DAU)
Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or CRM tools is a plus
Knowledge of SQL and data querying is a plus
