Marketing Creative Specialist

Job Description

• Responsible for designing and producing high-quality marketing materials.
• Create layouts for digital publications.
• Edit and enhance property photos and virtual tour visuals using professional design and photo editing software.
• Collaborate with the sales team for the creation of compelling visual content to attract potential buyers.
• Develop branding materials to maintain consistency across all platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

• Preferably has a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or any related field.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a graphic artist or any related creative field.
• Certifications relevant to the position is an advantage.
• Knowledge in real estate market trends and marketing strategies is an advantage.
• Amenable to work at Novaliches, Quezon City.
