Job Description

Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible in supporting the company's marketing initiatives through event coordination, content development, reporting, and campaign administration. The role ensures smooth execution of marketing activities, supports lead generation, and strengthens brand awareness while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Job Description:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage events, trade shows, webinars, and marketing campaigns.

• Track event timelines, logistics, registrations, and administrative requirements.

• Collect, organize, and maintain marketing and campaign-related data.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, website traffic, SEO performance, and campaign outcomes.

• Develop and update content for website SEO optimization and digital campaigns.

• Monitor and analyze website traffic and content performance.

• Maintain communication with internal teams regarding project timelines, deliverables, and priorities.

• Assist with community engagement and relationship-building initiatives.

• Coordinate with partners, vendors, and event organizers for marketing activities.

• Support promotional activities before, during, and after events.

Qualifications:

• Experience coordinating events, trade shows, webinars, or similar business-related activities.

• Experience managing multiple projects, events, or campaigns simultaneously.

• Demonstrates strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills.

• Self motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.

• Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English.

Screening Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in marketing, event coordination, project coordination, or community engagement.

• Experience creating content using Canva or similar design tools.

• Experience using Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.

• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

• Experience using collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Meet, Zoom, or similar.

• Must have a stable employment history.
