About the Role:
We're on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator with 4-5 years of experience to lead the charge in building and coordinating a robust marketing execution team. You'll guide content, ensure our presence grows, and actively assemble the external specialists that power our marketing.
Daily tasks include finding and coordinating with freelancers and agencies, creating compelling written materials, managing communications, and ensuring projects are completed on time to meet organizational marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and refine content for brand alignment.
- Conduct market research to inform strategy.
- Manage social media schedules to drive organic growth.
- Assemble and coordinate an execution team: SEO specialists, paid media agencies, and advertising partners.
- Coordinate branding, SEO activities, paid media, and external partnerships.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-5 years in marketing coordination.
- Experience working with content, social platforms, SEO, paid media, and partnership coordination.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, persuasive messaging and content.
- Project Management experience to oversee deadlines and coordinate tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the healthcare or telehealth industry is a plus.
