About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives to drive store traffic, increase sales and strengthen brand awareness for Spinneys PH. This role coordinates promotional campaigns, in-store marketing activities, digital content, aggregators and channels management and vendor partnerships while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute weekly and monthly promotional campaigns (price offs, seasonal promos and special events)
- Assist in planning and rolling out new product launches and supplier-driven promotions
- Track campaign timelines, materials and approvals to ensure on-time execution
- Collaborate with store operations to implement in-store signage, posters, shelf-talkers and point of sale materials
- Ensure marketing materials are properly displayed and compliant with brand guidelines
- Assist in managing social media content, promotions and customer engagement
- Coordinate email blasts, SMS campaigns, website, App updates related to promotions
- Support basic content creation (captions, visual coordination, promo announcements)
- Liaise with suppliers and agencies for co-marketing activities, materials and sponsorships
- Coordinate delivery and distribution of marketing collaterals to stores
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
- At least 3years of experience in marketing preferably in retail, supermarket or consumer brands
Required Skills
- Strong organization and coordination skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge on digital tools
- Abe to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retails environment
