Rocket, an Australian digital marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We have long-term team members in both Australia and the Philippines.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator based in the Philippines to join our internal marketing team. You will be the right hand to our Sydney-based marketer, acting as the engine room that keeps our internal marketing running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • HubSpot Management: Setting up email campaigns, building landing pages, managing workflows, and ensuring our automation is firing correctly.
  • Project Coordination: Acting as the traffic controller by chasing our internal specialists (SEO, Paid Media) and Creative team to ensure marketing tasks are completed on time.
  • Data Hygiene & Reporting: Keeping our CRM (HubSpot) clean and current. You will also assist in pulling data and performing initial reviews of our marketing reports to spot trends or anomalies.
  • Content & Campaign Support: Assisting with the technical setup of webinars, uploading podcast assets, and ensuring creative assets are organised and ready for launch.
  • Administrative Excellence: Managing documentation, updating marketing calendars, and ensuring no small detail falls through the cracks in our daily operations.

About You

  • Autonomous & Proactive: You don't wait to be told what to do. You see a gap and you fill it.
  • A Follow-Through Expert: You aren't afraid to politely but firmly chase senior specialists or creatives to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Detail Obsessed: You take pride in clean data and error-free setups. You catch the typos and broken links before they go live.
  • Tech-Savvy: You enjoy working inside both our marketing and project management platforms.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing or marketing operations role.
  • Hubspot: Hands-on HubSpot experience is preferred (but not essential).
  • Excellent English Communication: You will be communicating daily with our Sydney-based team and need to be confident, clear and concise (verbal and written).
  • Understanding of the Australian Market: Previous experience working with Australian clients or colleagues (or similar countries) is a significant advantage.
