Responsibilities:

• Creating and scheduling social media content across our venues
• Editing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks)
• Writing fun, parent-friendly copy for social, web, and EDMs
• End-to-end management of email marketing, including EDM builds, layout creation, send scheduling, and performance reporting (open rates, CTR, bookings)
• Coordinating influencer partnerships and deliverables
• Assisting with Meta Ads setup and optimisation
• Helping keep our website updated (WordPress)
• Reporting on social performance, campaign results, and insights
• Working to weekly content plans, deadlines, and schedules

Requirements:

• A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Communication Design or a similar field (degree or diploma preferred)
• 1 to 2 years experience preferred (marketing, social media, digital or similar)
• Confident editing videos (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
• Intermediate level video editing skills are required
• Strong writing skills with an eye for tone and detail
• Experience with Meta Ads (required)
• Any level of Meta Ads experience is acceptable
• Canva and/or Adobe Suite skills
• Understanding of social trends and influencer-style content
• WordPress experience is a bonus
• Reliable, organised, and comfortable and adaptable to timelines
• A friendly team player who enjoys a fun, fast paced environment
