Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Field Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of field marketing programs across the APAC region. you will play a critical support role for the Field Marketing team, helping to execute impactful events and campaigns across multiple APAC territories. You will work across a broad range of marketing disciplines, including event management, webinars, email marketing, sales enablement, ABM, communications, and more.

Job Responsibilities
Event & Campaign Execution
- Coordinate and manage logistics for field events, workshops, webinars, and regional marketing campaigns.
- Research, evaluate, and execute third-party event and sponsorship opportunities to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Support digital campaign setup, including list management and operational coordination.
Operational & Administrative Excellence
- Track deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure programs are executed on schedule.
- Manage contracts, invoicing, and reporting to maintain seamless and compliant operations.
- Utilize Salesforce (SFDC), project management tools, and other marketing platforms to improve execution efficiency.
- Support asset management, reporting, and localization of marketing materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with regional field marketing leads and digital / demand generation teams.
- Liaise with sales, pre-sales, legal, finance, and external vendors or agencies to align efforts and achieve business objectives.
Analytics & Insights
- Support the team in ensuring consistent and accurate performance metrics, providing insights to help inform planning and optimization.
Website & Localization Support
- Maintain and update regional website content, including events, press coverage, and localized assets, ensuring accuracy and market relevance.
Ad Hoc Support
- Provide ad hoc support for the APAC marketing team as needed, including special projects, urgent campaign tasks, or coordination across territories.
Travel
- Travel within the APAC region as needed to support tradeshows or events. The ideal candidate is comfortable with and enthusiastic about occasional regional travel.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B technology sectors.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working across teams and cultures.
- Highly collaborative mindset, comfortable partnering with cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong bias toward action and execution.
- Curious mindset with a genuine interest in technology and B2B marketing.
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented can-do attitude.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
