Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Managing and joining of on-ground activations and marketing-led trade shows and bazaars
  • Work side-by-side with content team in creating effective and efficient visual merchandising during events and at trade stores
  • Run customer acquisition and build brand awareness
  • Conduct staff training for sales associates and event team members
  • Store onboarding (if needed) and assist sales team in enrolling products
  • Other events and/or retail activities as deemed necessary

Functionalknowledge/ Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or any business-related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools especially Excel
  • Experience in handling events and on-ground activations is a BIG plus.
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify current market trends.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and consumer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and fast learner with a pro-active and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Willing to render extended work hours (paid) during events, weekends included.
  • Willing to render work at Santolan, Pasig City. Monday to Friday.
  • Fresh graduates with good academic background are also encourage to apply.
