We seek a hands-on MarCom Reporting Specialist to support our Analytics and Integrations Manager in the Martech, Enablement and Optimization team . In this position, you will perform the day-to-day tasks of marketing and communications data collection, ensuring data integrity and management across our Martech ecosystem. You will support the maintenance of the Google Marketing platform stack and help build and update the foundational reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making for the Marketing and Communications teams.

Responsibilities

What you'll be responsible for:

Data, Tagging & Governance

  • Execute day-to-day updates in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring that tags, triggers, and events are firing correctly, and follow the correct consent-aware configurations.
  • Apply standardized tracking plans (UTMs, event naming conventions, and parameters) across all digital campaigns to ensure data consistency.
  • Perform regular data QA and debugging to identify and fix tracking breaks or inconsistencies.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation for tagging standards, access logs, and change controls to protect data continuity.
  • Support the setup and scheduling of repeatable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) in coordination with the BI and Data Engineering teams as needed.
  • Query, extract, and consolidate data from various sources, including CRM, ad platforms, and internal databases.
  • Monitor data flows to spot missing information or errors and escalate potential solutions to improve overall data accuracy, ensuring it is ready for analysis.

Reporting, Dashboarding & Insights


  • Assist in building and maintaining operational dashboards in platforms like Looker Studio or Power BI, ensuring that data visualizations are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate on recurring performance reports for campaigns and channels, ensuring that standard metric definitions and filters are applied consistently.
  • Compile and organize data to help the Analytics & Integration team develop performance narratives, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct focused data lookups to help answer ad-hoc tactical questions and identify basic trends for the Analytics and Integrations team and stakeholders.

Support and Collaboration


  • Work with colleagues across Marketing, Communications, and CRM teams to ensure their data is correctly connected to our reporting tools.
  • Help maintain the Source of Truth records, including lists of KPIs and definitions, to ensure everyone is using the same data language.
  • Keep the reporting environment organized by monitoring dashboard refresh schedules, managing user access, and documenting dataset locations.
  • Assist in creating simple How-to guides and step-by-step instructions for common team tasks and reporting processes.
  • Act as a first point of contact to help team members understand how to use dashboards and where to find the data they need.

Qualifications


What you'll bring

Education And Technical Experience

  • 2+ years in data, analytics, or reporting roles with a focus on building and maintaining dashboards.
  • Practical, hands-on experience using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for basic tracking and reporting.
  • Experience extracting and organizing data from different sources; familiarity with SQL or similar querying tools for cleaning and validating datasets is a plus.
  • Experience with one or more BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
  • A good understanding of how to keep data organized and accurate (data hygiene).
  • Ability to create clear documentation, FAQs, and tutorials for non-technical users.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Information Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Python or R for data prep/validation, SQL for data querying, and JavaScript to implement, customize, and validate website tracking (tags).
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT tooling (e.g., SSIS or similar).
  • Familiarity with ad tech and campaign platforms (CM360, Google Ads/Keywords, Meta Ads, DSPs).
  • Experience working with REST APIs for data retrieval.
