Roles & Responsibilities:
- Draft, propose, execute, monitor and evaluate marketing related activities and campaigns to drive patient acquisitions for all clinics in Manila, Philippines.
- Work closely with doctors and clinic assistants to ensure smooth execution of all marketing and communications plan.
- Ensure all clinics must-haves are in place and adequate. Handle the production of marketing collaterals and work closely with vendors, suppliers, manpower and internal departments to plan and execute marketing campaign / events effectively.
- Arrange for necessary permits, licenses, and insurance coverage for events, ensuring compliance with local regulations, execute sales-driven health events such as roadshows & corporate talks ensuring maximum participation.
- Assist to monitor performance and evaluate effectiveness of all marketing efforts, record findings and make recommendations and reporting accordingly.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Media or related
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strongproject managementand organizational skills.
- Have experience inorganizing events, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English, with a proficiency in Tagalog being an advantage.
- Outgoing, result oriented and highly driven.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting short deadlines and working extra hours if needed on assignments
