Role Overview
The Communications Associate supports the organizations internal and external communications activities. This role ensures that all published materials are accurate, well-crafted, and aligned with the institutions brand and messaging standards. The position will work closely with various teams to produce written content, support communication initiatives, and maintain consistent engagement across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and manage internal and external communications materials.
- Proofread, edit, and refine written content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Support the creation of press releases, newsletters, announcements, and informational or promotional materials.
- Coordinate with relevant teams on content planning, development, and distribution across multiple platforms.
- Maintain consistent, professional, and on-brand messaging across all communication channels.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated editing and proofreading ability.
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of producing polished, high-quality content.
- Exposure to marketing, communications, or content creation is an advantage.
- Suitable for entry- to mid-level candidates.
