Qualifications

Educational Attainment

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience Required

  • At least 57 years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or brand

management roles.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.

Responsibilities

Budget Management:

  • Manage campaign budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and alignment with company budget

guidelines

Campaign Execution

  • Align with the Brand Managers and Key Account Managers on brand campaign (Product

Launch, Trade Activations, Photoshoot etc.) guidelines, calendars and executions.

  • Collaborate with the Product Development Team and Sales Team on new product launches

and ongoing brand support.

  • Supervise and evaluate activations of promotions (offline and online), ensuring alignment with

account objectives.

  • Oversee influencer marketing efforts in relation to marketing campaign.
  • Manage the Complan with the Brand Managers of the campaign executions
  • Conduct post-marketing analysis to assess the effectiveness of trade and online campaigns.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry standard best practices in trade

activations and campaign strategies

Public Relations

  • Coordinate with press and media to distribute PR kits and develop informative and engaging

press releases, media reports, newsletters, and other materials.

  • Lead the Creative Services Team in creating communication and marketing strategies for

company events and promotions.

Corporate Employer Marketing

  • Oversee corporate social media accounts such as the company's LinkedIn and Facebook

account.

  • Handle corporate events communication and press releases.

Paid Media Buying

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies and campaigns across platforms such as Google

Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising channels.

  • Analyze performance data and identify areas of improvement to enhance campaign

effectiveness.

  • Manage boosting budgets and bid strategies to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Strategize on how to increase the followers of the Facebook community and enhance

customer engagement.

Team Management

  • Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to the marketing/creative team to foster

capability building and reduce attrition.
