Qualifications
Educational Attainment

Experience Required
- At least 57 years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or brand
management roles.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects.

Responsibilities
Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and alignment with company budget
guidelines
Campaign Execution
- Align with the Brand Managers and Key Account Managers on brand campaign (Product
Launch, Trade Activations, Photoshoot etc.) guidelines, calendars and executions.
- Collaborate with the Product Development Team and Sales Team on new product launches
and ongoing brand support.
- Supervise and evaluate activations of promotions (offline and online), ensuring alignment with
account objectives.
- Oversee influencer marketing efforts in relation to marketing campaign.
- Manage the Complan with the Brand Managers of the campaign executions
- Conduct post-marketing analysis to assess the effectiveness of trade and online campaigns.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry standard best practices in trade
activations and campaign strategies
Public Relations
- Coordinate with press and media to distribute PR kits and develop informative and engaging
press releases, media reports, newsletters, and other materials.
- Lead the Creative Services Team in creating communication and marketing strategies for
company events and promotions.
Corporate Employer Marketing
- Oversee corporate social media accounts such as the company's LinkedIn and Facebook
account.
- Handle corporate events communication and press releases.
Paid Media Buying
- Develop and execute paid media strategies and campaigns across platforms such as Google
Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising channels.

- Analyze performance data and identify areas of improvement to enhance campaign
effectiveness.
- Manage boosting budgets and bid strategies to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Strategize on how to increase the followers of the Facebook community and enhance
customer engagement.
Team Management
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to the marketing/creative team to foster
capability building and reduce attrition.
