Initiate marketing initiatives for Petron Value Card (PVC), and recommends plans and programs to build and sustain the PVC brand, enhance positioning, and improve brand saliency to maximize customer rewards service
Job Description
Recommend, implement, monitor, and evaluate marketing plans for Petron Value Card (PVC)
Seek information / insights from Sales and external stakeholders to provide strategic solutions for PVC
Recommend short, medium, and long-term projects to improve Petron brand positioning and equity
Participate in regular meeting/brainstorming with Sales Division to update programs based on current and long-term objectives
Conduct fieldwork and market visit to Petron Value Card (PVC) focus and development areas
Assist in the monitoring of Loyalty Group Plans & Programs Budget
Monitor closely the performance of PVC in the market through Retail Network system process, Contribution to Retail Trade Sell-Out volumes, media spending, Cards Operations Customer Support, and other related studies
Analyze data and key performance indicators to identify issues and opportunities related to the loyalty brand and recommends action plans and strategies to the Loyalty Manager
Monitor competitor's activities including their operational and advertising and promo capabilities and limitations through the use of direct and/or indirect market intelligence data
Monitor competitor's pricing and trade/customer promos and recommends programs considering such
Recommend necessary research studies (consumer/trade/media) depending on PVC's current and long term requirements and objectives
Analyze research results and uses these in conceptualizing long-term tactical programs
Attend seminars, lectures, and conventions to enhance customer rewards management and planning skills and to acquire knowledge of new markets and consumer trends.
Assume assigned roles and provide required output based on business requirements aligned with the current and projected business environment and industry developments
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or similar course/program
Must have at least 2 years of working experience handling Loyalty Marketing campaigns and programs
Must be willing to be assigned to fieldwork outside of Metro Manila as needed
Preferably with experience in handling Loyalty Card programs
Must have a driver's license and knows how to drive 4-wheel vehicle
