Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Automation Specialist. The role involves designing, building, and managing automated workflows to support lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, CRM integration, and marketing operations. Responsibilities include creating scalable automation systems using tools such as Zapier, n8n, Make, and APIs, monitoring performance and reliability of workflows, troubleshooting errors, and continuously optimizing processes to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
The Automation Specialist will collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align automation strategies with business goals. This role also contributes to improving client delivery systems by building reliable, data-driven automation solutions that support growth and scalability.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Zapier, including multi-step workflows, webhooks, and conditional logic
- Experience with advanced automation tools such as n8n, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations across multiple platforms
- Experience integrating LinkedIn tools, CRM systems, and lead generation platforms
- Ability to design logic-based workflows with error handling and monitoring systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes
- Experience working with marketing automation, lead generation systems, or outbound workflows
- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or Python) is a plus
- Experience in a B2B, marketing, or tech-driven organization is preferred
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
