Job Description

The Marketing Campaign Specialist will work with the marketing team responsible for developing, executing, tracking and reporting on digital marketing campaigns, using Pardot's marketing automation platform and will be accountable for ensuring that campaigns work correctly before they are activated, for maintaining organization and naming conventions, and for periodically maintaining and cleaning the prospect lists. This role will collaborate with members of the marketing team and other internal stakeholder groups to use these campaigns to build brand awareness and will also build new automation campaigns and will provide reports on campaign performance.

Development of nurture campaigns within Pardot and share best practices with business marketing teams to assist with the strategy and development of programs. Implementation fo SEO strategies (meta tags, Google Analytics, PPC) provided by stakeholders to digital media initiatives like landing pages and forms. Administer and maintain digital management asset tool (Widen) and marketing automation platform (Pardot), project management tool (Trello), which includes user management, implementing updates and technical support.

Accountabilities:

  • Maintain a 2 business day SLA on marketing automation and reporting tickets
  • Create new marketing automation campaigns in response to requests by regional marketers. Ensure that new campaigns are correctly categorized, named, and documented.
  • Test all marketing automation campaigns to ensure compliance with BIS marketing operations guidelines and to prevent conflicts between regional marketing teams.
  • Assist regional marketers with data quality, list pulling, and other marketing database issues through Pardot or other platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Marketing automation experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and database best practices
  • Communication skills and the ability to understand marketing requirements and translate into campaigns/assets
  • Pardot OR Eloqua OR Marketo administrator experience
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Omniture, or other digital reporting suites. Ability to present data in compelling visual formats.
  • Familiarity with API usage and custom form design
  • Salesforce Pardot Advanced or any Marketing Automation tool is a plus
