In this role, your mission is to:
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows for candidates, clients, jobs, placements, and submissions
- Develop segmentation logic, dynamic lists, triggers, and conditional paths
- Test, validate, and optimize workflows to improve engagement, accuracy, and consultant efficiency
- Ensure CRM and data structures support workflow automation and reporting needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve workflow and data issues, supporting seamless operations
- Analyse automation performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Maintain clear documentation of workflows, decision logic, segmentation rules, and configuration
- Support system integrations and improvements, including third-party tools and websites
This Role Is for You If...
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (Bullhorn Automation, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with CRM/ATS systems in a technical or administrative capacity
- Strong understanding of segmentation logic, workflow triggers, conditional automation, and multi-step customer journeys
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
