Job Description

This role is pivotal in driving the next stage of growth for our organisation. As our Digital Marketing and Automation Specialist, you'll be the beating heart of our global marketing team, taking ownership of the day-to-day digital marketing operations, including email journeys, lead nurturing, performance reporting and more.

Key responsibilities

This role is central to supporting Detrack's growth acceleration, ensuring seamless operations across the following core areas.

Marketing automation and campaigns

  • Execute and optimise HubSpot marketing campaigns across the full customer lifecycle, including email nurture sequences, automated workflows and promotional campaigns
  • Execute and optimise paid Google campaigns, social media and other digital media strategies, including remarketing and audience targeting
  • Set up and maintain marketing automation workflows, forms, landing pages, and CTAs
  • Manage performance tracking and attribution across all marketing channels and tools
  • Build high-quality lead lists based on ICP criteria, leveraging the latest AI tools automated workflows to pull fresh calling lists for sales reps

Data management and analytics

  • Track and report on key sales and marketing metrics across all platforms including HubSpot, Google Analytics, and advertising channels
  • Analyse performance and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and ensure strong ROI on everything that we do
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems, maintaining clean CRM hygiene
  • Manage data integrations and troubleshoot technical issues across HubSpot, Google Ads, analytics tools and the broader martech stack

About you

We're looking for a digital marketing all-rounder with at least 5 years of hands-on, proven success in digital marketing and automation.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS
  • A passion for technology and data. You dig into the detail, bringing together multiple data sources to help drive strategic insights
  • A deep curiosity, embracing new tools and technology and becoming a subject matter expert in our product and industry
  • A strong track record of building and optimising digital marketing campaigns
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the Detrack team
  • The agility and confidence required to thrive in a smaller team environment where we are all hands-on and work collaboratively to get the job done right

You'll also have experience with:

  • Hubspot - both CRM and marketing tools (must-have)
  • Google marketing tools - Advertising, GA4 and Tag Manager (must-have)
  • Excel (must-have)
  • AI tools such as Instantly and Clay AI (highly desirable)
  • Wordpress and Elementor (desirable)
