Job Description

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will design and implement AI-driven marketing automation solutions, optimizing customer engagement through email campaigns, journey workflows, and data integrations. You'll enhance MarTech platform performance, analyze customer activity, maintain system documentation, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with developers and agencies to drive seamless, data-driven marketing execution.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation platform (e.g., Email Studio, Mobile Connect, Audience Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Personalization).
• Experience with Braze is a plus.
• Hands-on expertise in email marketing and marketing automation, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS, AMPscript (or similar), SQL, APIs, and data analytics.
• Experience integrating AI-driven tools into marketing automation is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of relational data structures and database management.
• Industry certifications (e.g., Salesforce Email Specialist, Developer, Consultant) are preferred.
• Experience with Google Analytics integration is beneficial.

Your Daily Tasks

• Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions, including email campaigns, journey builder workflows, automations, and data integrations.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance and automate marketing processes for improved efficiency.
• Identify and execute opportunities to enhance processes and performance on MarTech platforms.
• Analyze customer activity and provide insights to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain documentation for platform configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and compliance with best practices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve system issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with internal developers and external agencies to drive seamless integration and marketing execution.
